1. Shipping Regions and Delivery Times

Nordly ships internationally, with main operations based in Europe and the United States.
Our logistics partners dispatch products directly from our international fulfillment centers.

• Europe: 5–12 business days

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

• Other regions: up to 25 business days

Example: An order shipped from our European warehouse may take around 7 business days to reach Germany, and 10–14 days to reach the US East Coast.

2. Tracking Information

Each order includes a tracking number, emailed automatically within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Customs and Import Fees

For EU and US orders, duties are generally included in the product price.
For other countries, local customs fees or taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Delays

Unforeseen delays due to customs inspection, weather, or postal service issues may occur. Nordly guarantees full support and transparency in such cases.
